Wires only and Managed service options

Both ADSL MAX and ADSL MAX PREMIUM give you a simple "wires only" connection, but if you need a managed solution with modems and firewalls, then our Bonded Broadband solutions are the perfect choice.

If you don't have a phone line already, don't worry - we can sort that for you too.

What if I'm moving from an existing supplier

If you are moving from an existing supplier you will need to ask them for a MAC code.

Getting Connected

Within 7 to 10 days of placing your order, your line will be connected to our network. If we need to order a phone line for you, then things take a little longer, usually 10-14 days, subject to a survey.

What if i'm already with another provider

If you're transferring from another supplier, actual downtime shouldn't be longer than 15 minutes while the service is changed over.

On the activation date all you need to do is follow the simple instructions and you're good to go.
